Wings and petals and webs

I watched a poppy flower being born. It's sheath move little by little under a shower of the sun's rays until it fell to the ground and its petals opened to talk to God.

I watched a baby finch fly from its nest to our bird-feeder where it hung on and shook its wings and looked around the world for the very first time.

I've seen our lavender return to green and can almost smell the coming scent of purple.

I'm watching our garlic grow like giants and bees submerge themselves in yellow.

The spiders are back and webs swing between trees, and really is there anything better than the feeling of fresh grass under your bare feet?
