I began my creative life as an actress. From a very young age I was driven to explore character and emotion. After a very full and wonderful acting career I left it all behind to explore the bigger world, spending the last 15 years in Uganda, Kenya, an island in the Salish Sea, and Rome which is now my home. My years in these places changed me deeply, my work a reflection of the world around me.
